Magnetic shield sheet for noise reductions: MS-F and MS-FR

MS-F and MS-FR series are magnetic shielding sheets made of laminated FINEMET^® tape with PET films. Those products are flexible and light in weight. They show excellent magnetic shielding performance at the frequency range from DC to several hundreds k Hz. Heat treatment is not required due to its small deterioration of magnetic properties from forming and bending. Therefore it is easier to handle compare to conventional magnetic shielding material, such as Permealloy.

Features

This is a thin, lightweight, flexible, and easy-to-handle magnetic shielding sheet made by laminating a thin ribbon of the nanocrystalline soft magnetic material FINEMET^® FT-3KM with PET film.
It exhibits excellent magnetic shielding performance especially in frequency bands below several hundred kHz.
Since the saturation magnetic flux density is as high as 1.23T, magnetic shielding of about 100μT is possible with a single phase.
By stacking layers, it is possible to shield stronger magnetic fields.
There is little deterioration in magnetic shielding performance due to processing such as bending, punching, and cutting, and it is easy to process into curved surfaces and various shapes.Long rolls are suitable for large-scale construction such as shielded rooms.
You can choose the most suitable product from two types: the standard specification product and the highly heat-resistant FINEMET^®, which has a heat-resistant temperature of 130℃.
