Definition of Personal Information
In the Company, "Personal Information" refers to information about a living individual, falling under any of the following items.

Information that can identify a specific individual, such as name, date of birth, address, telephone number, e-mail address, company name, department/affiliation, position, and transaction history (including information that cannot identify an individual by itself, but can easily be collated with other information to identify a specific individual).

Specific numbers assigned in public certificates (My Number, driver's license number, etc.) and physical characteristic data that can identify a specific individual (facial image data, fingerprint data, etc.).
Part 1: Privacy Policy (Basic Policy)
- 1Establishment of Personal Information Protection Systems and Continuous Improvement
The Company makes officers and employees aware of the importance of personal information protection, establishes and maintains a management system related to personal information protection. In addition, the Company formulates personal information management rules, steadily implements and operates a personal information protection management system, and strives for continuous improvement.
- 2Appropriate Acquisition and Use of Personal Information
When acquiring personal information, the Company shall publicly announce or notify items prescribed by law such as the purpose of use in advance, or obtain consent, and acquire it through legal and fair means required by laws and regulations. In addition, except as permitted by laws and regulations, the Company will not handle personal information beyond the scope of the purpose of use publicly announced, notified, or consented to in advance (out-of-scope use), and will take measures to that end.

In the event of an accident such as the leakage of personal information, the Company will conduct prompt fact-finding investigations and cause analysis, minimize damage, and take appropriate measures and recurrence prevention measures, including reporting to the Personal Information Protection Commission and notifying the person concerned in accordance with laws and regulations.
