Corporate Culture

3PROs

The 3PROs, which are also the origin of our company name, are important concepts that express the corporate culture of PROTERIAL. Each PRO represents Professional “work that exceeds expectations,” Progressive “a spirit that keeps challenging,” and Proactive “an enterprising attitude”. Together with “Unfaltering integrity” and “United by respect,” which are the values that we hold dear, they form the basis of our corporate culture.

Engagement Survey

We have positioned the “improvement of engagement” as one of the key measures of our materiality, and we measure the engagement score through a global internal survey. We conduct this survey every year with the aim of understanding regional characteristics and trends, as well as the strengths and challenges of the Group as a whole and of each division, in order to examine and formulate necessary measures. In 2024, in addition to the engagement survey, we also conducted two pulse surveys for employees in Japan. Diversity Forum

The Diversity Forum was held in Hibiya, Tokyo on January 23, 2025. Our company has been holding an annual event on various themes since 2017 for the purpose of a women’s career-track networking event. In past years, participants have been limited to women, but this year the theme was “Generation Gap” and the format was open to all interested parties. The lecturer was Yoshiharu Takeuchi, President of NPO Shigoto no Mirai, and participants learned about “communication for mutual understanding and respect” that transcends generational barriers and also had discussions among themselves. More than 120 people participated in the forum, which was held in a hybrid face-to-face and online format.
